Role Overview
To provide proactive support to the business, with prime responsibility to support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition on key projects, supply and analyse data to inform decisions within the function, create presentations, and monitor key metrics across the talent department.
Scope of the role:
Provide insightful data and suggest strategic changes and improvements to benefit the function.
Please note: this role is office-based and requires you to be on-site Monday - Friday (LS12 6DB).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Report and analyse Talent performances weekly for both recruitment and onboarding functions. Analyse offers and overlay with agency spend.
2. Manage job board platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Total Jobs, overseeing how job credits are spent each month. Manage company pages and respond to reviews within 48 hours.
3. Check and advertise home vacancies against the live vacancy report.
4. Lead Monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinate necessary arrangements.
5. Prepare data and presentations for board meetings, HR Leadership meetings, and Talent Acquisition projects.
6. Track and manage monthly spends within the function.
7. Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
8. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and support recruitment efforts across the business, providing regular data updates.
9. Support administrative tasks within the talent function, including managing shared inboxes, handling queries, following up on courses, and updating trackers and boards.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Understanding of data quality importance and issue identification.
* Ability to interpret data sets to provide actionable insights.
* Capability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
