Location: EH54 6GU, Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, UKVacancy Ref: 5040Location:Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland.We are excited to announce that as a result of the continued success of our teams nationally, we are currently recruiting for qualified Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors and Consultants to join our team in Livingston.Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio of partners, Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to join our Technical Team to carry out site working on behalf of our regional offices.If you are interested in a rewarding career working for a highly respected, growing, successful and established nationwide company, with over 30 years trading experience, this is a great opportunity for you.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIn accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide, carry out Management,Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building typesReinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other Consultancies)Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projectsSupervision of Asbestos removal projectsProfessional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy servicesPerson SpecificationThe candidate(s) will hold as a minimum BOHS P402 (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent) and possess the following attributes:Preferably two years relevant industry experienceBe able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG: 248 & HSG:264Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detailHave a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a teamHave an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related worksFlexible approach to working hoursFull driving licenceIT literate (experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given)What We Can Offer YouCompetitive salary between £29,244.00
