We’re looking for a delivery focused manager who is passionate about project success, customer outcomes, and operational consistency. You should be confident in leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a strong grasp of system implementation and cross-functional collaboration bringing structure, clarity, and energy to the role, while supporting both customers and colleagues through transformation. You will ideally have experience in SaaS or software delivery, and will be skilled at driving performance, coaching teams, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term improvement. You’ll be naturally organised, people-oriented, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced, customer-critical environment — with a passion for ensuring new customers feel supported and successful from day one. This role involves: Leading a cross-functional team of project leaders, implementation consultants, data analysts. Coordinating project delivery from sales handover through to go-live, and handover to Customer Success Maintaining delivery quality while balancing resource, timelines, and customer expectations Supporting delivery scalability, ensuring consistent use of frameworks, feedback, and product growth. Driving team performance, providing line management, coaching, and day-to-day oversight Identifying risks early and ensuring appropriate mitigation steps are taken Championing the customer experience, with a focus on clarity, responsiveness, and successful outcomes This is a key leadership position that plays a pivotal role in helping customers modernise and grow through a successful ERP implementation.
