Your Role: As our Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants and customers—providing housing advice, resolving enquiries, and supporting our headquarters team. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering a first-time resolution approach across multiple channels: phone, email, social media, and in person Logging communications in our in-house system (QL) Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks Assisting with facilities management and post services ?? What You’ll Bring: Experience in customer service and working within a team Strong communication skills, especially in challenging situations Understanding of data protection ?? Why Ocean?
