Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Mon–Fri (30 hours+)
Location: Remote + travel to services near Wakefield (occasional)
We're Autograph – a growing care group with big ambitions. To support our growth, we're looking for a Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our People team and help us bring on board the very best talent

What you'll do
* .
* Screen CVs and carry out initial phone interviews, identifying the very best talent
* Schedule face to face interviews with Home Managers
* Manage offers, regrets, and onboarding compliance – adhering to CQC requirements at all times
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and recruitment forecasting
What we're looking for
* Strong recruitment background (agency or in-house)
* Great communication and organisation skills
* Able to multi-task, work at pace, and keep calm under pressure
* IT savvy with good attention to detail
* Driven, adaptable, self-motivated and dynamic
* Care sector knowledge a bonus (but not essential – we can teach this)
