Core Purpose of Role Lead Solar PV installation teams of 4 (Including yourself), manage site safety and quality assurance, liaise with clients and Operations, and ensure successful project delivery. Experience Requirements * Extensive experience across various solar PV systems installations. * Demonstrated ability to install independently with minimal supervision. * Must be a driver with own vehicle. * Confident working at height. * Flexible working nationally with regular overnight stays (~4 nights/week, expensed).
