9. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business growth.
10. Provide regular sales training, coaching and development.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Director should have:
11. Proven experience in sales leadership in a B2B environment
12. Experience of managing a UK sales business and managing managers
13. Hot beverage, vending machine, contract catering or an FMCG food or Beverage background is required
14. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
15. Expertise in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve results.
16. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
17. A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
