Funds Lawyer – 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract (London)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Funds Lawyer to join our client, an elite US City law firm on a 6‑month fixed term contract, due to increased workloads on the team. This role sits within a top‑tier, market‑leading funds practice at one of the most prestigious international firms.
The role
* Advising on the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of investment funds
* Working across open and closed‑ended funds
* Exposure to asset classes including private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate and venture capital
* Advising on co‑investment structures and segregated mandates
* Working closely with a high‑calibre, collaborative funds team
Requirements
* England & Wales qualified (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
* Ideally 4+ years’ PQE
* Strong funds experience from a top‑tier international, US, or UK firm
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
