Psychology Graduates – SEN Support Roles (Full-Time)

Pertemps Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wembley. The school is seeking enthusiastic Psychology Graduates to join their team full-time to support students with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, or SEN support, who are looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a school setting.
The Role
Supporting students with varied learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs
Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support learning and development
Providing 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
Assisting with behaviour regulation, engagement, and emotional support
Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate
A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
A genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs
Patient, empathetic, and proactive in approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)What’s on Offer
