We're looking for a highly organised Salesforce Analyst to join our team in Manchester and help maximise the efficiency and value of our Salesforce CRM platform across a growing group of businesses. What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct weekly reviews of Salesforce licence usage and reallocate licences where necessary
Track and report on unused or underutilised licences, reducing waste and improving ROI
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to align licence needs with staffing changes and forecasts
Maintain and manage Salesforce user profiles, permissions, and role-based access across the group
Produce weekly reports on active usage, low engagement, and licence forecasting
Work toward cost reduction targets by consolidating accounts and optimising usage
Ensure adequate licence buffers are in place for projected team growth
Align licence strategy with budget forecasts and stakeholder expectations
What You'll Bring:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong planning and forecasting capabilities
High attention to detail with the ability to analyse and report on system usage
Experience in a high-energy, target-driven environment
A collaborative and solution-focused approach
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and licence administration (preferred)
