Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor – Prestigious brand
Job Location – Nr Guildford
Salary – £27,000 Basic – 37k OTE
Service AdvisorDuties include:
1. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
2. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
3. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
4. Produce job cards on in-house computer system
5. Update customer and vehicle records
6. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
7. Preparation and completion of invoices
For this Service Advisor position you will have:
8. Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage
Full driving licence
Excellent communication skills
As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
