Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities
* Engage with individuals and groups in the community, particularly hard‑to‑reach citizens with multiple needs.
* Promote services, projects, and support programmes at community level.
* Provide information in education, employment advice, or social care contexts.
* Build trust with participants experiencing poverty, unemployment, or social disadvantage.
* Complete administrative and monitoring tasks to a high standard, maintaining accurate records.
* Support participants to access statutory, voluntary, and private‑sector services.
* Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and excellent customer care at all times.
