We are currently recruiting for anIntegration Test Engineer.
What you will do in the position:
* Sustaining Product Testing
o Investigates customer problems with existing products containing software or firmware reported by end-user, Sales, Marketing, Service Division or Engineering.
o Assists development engineers by reproducing defects reported by customers in a released product.
* Product Release Testing
o Designs and develops, maintains, executes, and reports internally on test cases for the various product releases.
o Aggressively performs black-box testing of released products or products under development to reveal defects and design problems.
o Manages defects throughout the life cycle of iterative software and hardware releases using TargetProcess.
o Defines and performs unit or automation tests on components and objects of a given firmware/software project.
o Uses test tools to assess the audio quality and data integrity of the products.
o Maintains knowledge of current and future Clear-Com and Trilogy projects.
* Performs all other job duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed:
* Qualifications
o Proven experience as a Test Engineer/Software Engineer.
o Experience with system testing, IP, networking, and SIP.
o The ability to create, organize, execute and verify complex test cases based on specifications delivered by design engineers.
o Thorough knowledge of testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques for both software and hardware issues.
o Understanding of product life cycle including agile, waterfall, and V models.
o Experience of working in an Agile team an advantage.
o Understanding of automated testing using the latest tools available.
o Experience in writing programs in Python
o Proficient in communication and writing skills.
o Knowledge of Linux operating system internals an advantage.
