Our client, a reputable independent dealership and service centre based in Kettering, is currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Aftersales Advisor:
* Assisting customers with service and parts inquiries.
* Booking appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs.
* Providing accurate cost estimates and advising on additional services.
* Coordinating with the service and parts departments to ensure timely completion of work.
* Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
