As a Senior CRM Executive, you will have a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects within a very well-known international law firm. The primary focus of this role is to drive the successful implementation of a new global CRM platform while fostering a data-driven culture. This role will be pivotal in driving change management, enhancing data integrity, optimising marketing platforms, and providing leadership to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Global CRM Project
· Lead all stages of the new global CRM platform implementation, including data consolidation, design, and implementation.
· Drive cultural change towards data utilisation and decision-making.
· Ensure successful embedding of the new platform within the business across UK/EU/EMEA regions.
Existing CRM Platform
· Database Alignment and Enhancement - Drive architectural changes to align North database with South database.
· Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes.
· Improve Data Integrity - Support client teams and offices to perform data health checks.
· Encourage automation or enhancement of legacy data practices.
· Manage IT relationship for timely upgrades, testing, and training.
Marketing Platform & Stack Focus
· Develop priority activities in Vuture and promote self-service uptake.
· Drive Automation and Personalisation - Evolve Vuture functionality, improve templates, trial personalisation and testing capabilities.
· Campaign Scheduling - Collaborate with counterparts to improve and automate campaign scheduling.
· Proactively identify and address potential client spam issues.
· Digital Marketing Communications - Play an active role in improving client communication strategies.
Data Analytics
· Utilise tools such as PowerBI, InterAction, Vuture, Google Analytics, Ceros, Soundcloud, and SEO.
· Build skills to use PowerBI as the main source of truth, collaborating with global teams.
· Develop and launch reports to understand client engagement and ROI.
· Analyse channel performance to improve engagement.
Team Leadership
· Provide on-the-ground leadership to marketing administrators.
· Influence and coach the team to drive efficiency and align practices.
· Lead projects, delegate tasks, and influence decisions on change.
Business Continuity Planning
· Manage client communications during crises in UK/Europe.
· Communicate with senior stakeholders and devise effective strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
· Successful project delivery within the MIA team pipeline.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
· Marketing degree or related discipline.
· 10+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably with CRM or martech platform experience.
· Strong creative, strategic, and analytical abilities.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated project management and change management skills.
· Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong interpersonal skills and inherent drive to succeed.
