Lead Oracle Database Administrator
Must have active SC Clearance
Core Responsibilities
* Manage and support Oracle and MS SQL Server databases (on-premise and cloud)
* Lead database support across Dev, Test, and Live environments
* Provide 3rd line support and technical design
* Ensure database security, resilience, and compliance
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
* Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning
* Maintain documentation and train junior staff
Key Technical Skills
* Oracle 19c (Dataguard, RMAN, OEM Grid)
* MS SQL Server
* Windows Server administration
* Performance tuning, backup/restore, high availability
Other Skills & Experience
* Leadership and coordination across teams
* Problem-solving in high-pressure environments
* Stakeholder management and influencing
* Experience in government or secure environments
Security Requirement
