We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Supervisor to join our team at The Grand Hotel Llandudno. This magnificent Victorian building boasts 168 classic bedrooms and is based on the famous Llandudno North Shore Promenade within walking distance to the nearby town centre and train station.

As Night Supervisor, you will be required to;
Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager
Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel
Make sure that the public areas are cleaned, and any events are prepared
Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks
Provide excellent customer service to our guests
Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty
This role would be ideal for an experienced Night Supervisor or Night Receptionist who is looking for a supervisory position. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
