We have an exciting new vacancy for a Junior Sous chef to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates back from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Your duties will include:
* Being directly involved in the preparation, presentation and producing meals to the highest standards.
* Assist in planning menus for our restaurant and event facilities.
* Help to maintain the health and hygiene of the kitchen.
* Assist Food deliveries and stock control.
