Description
* Reporting to the Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through high-impact email marketing campaigns
* You’re going to plan and deliver creative CRM campaigns and marketing automations that bring our brand to life, giving members more reasons to stay and love Loqbox, as well as Nooli
* You have a good understanding of CRM and marketing automation strategy
* You’re as happy getting stuck into the CRM strategy, as you are rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
* You have used a variety of CRM and marketing automation tools, and are at home and confident in your use of them
* You have previous experience managing, developing and inspiring a team, coaching them to grow their skills
* You’re excited about all the creative ways you can build loyalty, engagement and retention through CRM and marketing automation activity
* You deliver projects on-time
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to revolutionise our CRM strategy
* Plan and deliver campaign and marketing automation efforts across all channels to maximise effectiveness
* Introduce new capabilities to our CRM and marketing automation toolkit for meeting audience needs, market trends and internal requirements
* Plan, schedule, and execute broadcast email campaigns in alignment with Loqbox’s and Nooli’s content calendars
* Take ownership of the Loqbox and Nooli CRM calendar and lead the delivery of multi-channel campaigns
* Use data analysis to create personalised communication strategies for member retention, referrals and loyalty
* Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
* Conduct A/B testing to optimise email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times
* Drive the email creative process by working closely with the wider marketing team, providing clear briefs and insights
* Review and proofread all CRM marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
* Ensure compliance across finance, data and privacy regulations in all CRM activities, advocating for GDPR and consumer duty governance within the business
* Manage and develop CRM Marketing Executive, taking ownership of further recruitment as required
* Be a leader within the team, contributing to building a positive culture and acting as a cheerleader for your colleagues — we play together and win together
Who we’re looking for
* +5 years experience working in a CRM role, and at manager level
* Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and email marketing platforms (experience with Blueshift would be an advantage)
* People management experience essential
* A keen eye for detail
* Excel in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire for experimentation
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
* A proven track record in understanding digital customer journeys and how to optimise them
* Experience working in cross functional teams
* Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
* Data driven with a strong understanding of personas
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
