A Newry based client is seeking a highly organised Aftersales Coordinator to support clients post-installation. This role involves managing client inquiries, scheduling servicing appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to keep calm under pressure. Experience in aftercare coordination within a construction environment is preferred. Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm and Friday until 3:30pm.
