About the role
Your role will be crucial in identifying champions and decision-makers within target companies (in Cosmetics, Fashion, and Food Industries), establishing strong connections, and laying the foundation for high-level negotiations that will greatly facilitate and add value to the work of our Account Executives.

You will
* Market Insight: Be the eyes and ears of Bigblue in the market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences. Collaborate closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Account Executive teams to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments.
* Outbound Prospecting: Engage in in-depth research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects. Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively. Take charge of lead generation initiatives by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns using various communication channels (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, video messages) to generate leads in well-identified niche markets and achieve your monthly revenue quota. Craft personalized messaging to resonate with prospects and showcase Bigblue's value.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Organize or plan to attend events with AEs that your prospects will appreciate (Restaurants, Sports Events, Music Shows, etc). Promote Bigblue's success stories and nurture connections to facilitate negotiations.
* Partnerships Development & Event Support: Contribute to generating SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), create opportunities for the Sales team through partnerships, track partner performance, and maintain activity dashboards. Assist in planning and executing community events (afterwork socials, dinners, themed parties) focused on key e-commerce topics. Prospect for new partners and help secure sponsorships. Develop collaborative initiatives (webinars, joint campaigns) to generate revenue.
