A fantastic opportunity to join an established construction company who are looking for a new Accounts Manager to join them. This is a hands on role where the successful candidiate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
* Sales invoicing & credit control
* Purchase ledger management
* CIS - verifying new subcontractors, signing off sub contractor invoices, CIS returns to HMRC, ensuring all sub contractor insurances are renewed
* VAT returns
* Payroll - collating staff expenses, overtime, Cycle to Work scheme, sickness / holiday, processing payroll & pension contributions, payroll journals
* Bank reconciliations
* General other duties - maintaining business insurance, motor fleet, utility bills / contracts
* Preparation of management accounts, attending board meetings, p11D preparation, corporation tax
Ideally you will have experience undertaking CIS returns. It would be great if you are available immediately or at short notice.
