Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive
Sales Support Administrator
to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This role is central to providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and assisting with the administration that underpins business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
* Maintain and update customer records on the CRM system.
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
* New account creation
* Support the sales team with diary management, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings where required.
* Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
