Receptionist - Nile Wilson Gymnastics Mansfield Job Title: Club Receptionist (Customer Service) Reports To: Operations Lead / RGM Location: Portland R etail P ark, Mansfield NG18 1HA Level/Salary Range: From £ 11.56 - £13.00 depending on age and experience Position Type: 27 hours a week – 3.30-8.30 Mon-Fri and 8.30-3.30 Saturdays Applications Accepted By E-mail: [email protected] Job Description Reporting to the Operations Lead and working alongside the Mansfield team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration and will be the first point of contact for our member and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers. Training will be given for all our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first-class customer service experience. Your time will be sp ent on site at our Mansfield site. Person Specification We are looking for a confident welcoming individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and customer service skills. Self-driven, you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for the customer service and some customer administration including taking payments for Mansfield. You will have experience of direct customer communication and complaints handling.
