Successful candidates for this role will be required to work a Monday to Friday 9:30 to 18:00 shift pattern.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, youll be right at the heart of our Service Team, taking ownership of technical issues and ensuring our clients get fast, clear, and effective support.
You will:
1. Diagnose and resolve 2nd line issues via remote support
2. Work with clients to fully understand and recreate problems
3. Escalate complex issues to 3rd line colleagues when needed
4. Monitor open tickets and drive them through to resolution
5. Support a wide variety of clients, infrastructures, and technologies
6. Occasionally visit customer sites (no daily travel!)
