What You'll Do
* Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search, App Store and other platforms
* Scale user acquisition through structured A/B tests and channel experiments
* Build and optimise campaigns in partnership with external agencies
* Manage marketing budgets, CAC, ROAS and key funnel metrics
* Collaborate with product and design to improve conversion rates, landing pages and messaging
* Develop a framework for growth experiments and creative testing
* Drive marketing analytics, attribution and reporting
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in performance or growth marketing
* Proven track record in managing acquisition campaigns for direct-to-consumer businesses
* Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimisation
* Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and App Store marketing
* Understanding of product marketing principles
* Data-driven approach with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
* Experience working in fast-paced environments
