Title: Engineering Technician – Aseptic Filling (Shift: 4 on / 4 off)

Are you a mechanically minded Engineering Technician with experience in aseptic filling environments? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the production of life-changing sterile products.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the smooth running of aseptic production lines within Grade A, B, and C cleanroom areas. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you’ll ensure all engineering activities comply with cGMP and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform size and component changeovers on washing, filling, and sealing machines for vial and ampoule production.
* Carry out day-to-day and scheduled preventative maintenance on sterile manufacturing equipment.
* Proactively identify and resolve engineering issues to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
* Drive reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the aseptic filling lines.
* Contribute ideas to enhance safety, equipment performance, and process efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
* Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (multi-skilled preferred).
* Proven experience working in pharmaceutical Grade A–C cleanroom environments.
* Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Good understanding of pharmaceutical engineering standards and regulatory expectations.
* Experience with reliability and continuous improvement principles.
