ServiceNow Engagement Manager
£80k - £100k base DOE
UK (Remote with occasional travel)
We’re partnered with a global ServiceNow Consultancy who are continuing to grow over the next 12-18 months, and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
This is a highly visible role within the team where you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving successful ServiceNow implementations and strategic consulting. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that ServiceNow programs deliver measurable business value whilst maintaining strong governance, overseeing project teams and supporting presales activities.
As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you must have the following experience:
* 5+ years delivering ServiceNow projects / programmes as an Engagement Manager
* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc)
* Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in a Consultancy / Partner environment
