A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Engineering department with the appointment of a Project Coordinator. As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with project managers and other team members to achieve efficient, purposeful project outcomes within specified timeframes. This is a crucial role supporting all stages of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: *Gather and analyse project data. *Participate in project design meetings when scope and project deliverables are defined. *Support the quote process with providing data and information that will inform the project cost. *Monitor team performance and ensure people are held to account for their action tasks. *Evaluate project progress and status information. *Track budget data including cost to complete, spend on the project to date and highlight any risks to the Project Manager. *Produce, issue and present project status updates to key stakeholders. *Maintain KPI data for all projects that can be viewed and is available at any time. *Produce and maintain timing plans to track progress. *Manage and maintain project documentation and ensure version control. *Ensure minutes of project meetings, actions and open issues are recorded and circulated to the team post meeting. *Act as a point of contact with the customer and project stakeholders to ensure communications flow inwards and outwards from th...
