T he Best Connection are recruiting for Recycling Operatives on behalf of our client based in Broughton. The job includes the following: Collection and segregation of waste materials across site Ensuring waste is disposed of safely and in line with site procedures Maintaining clean and organised waste areas Supporting recycling and environmental initiatives Working safely in a busy industrial environment There are two shift patterns available: 4 on / 4 off: 06:00 - 18:00 O R Rotating shifts (Monday- Friday): 06:00 - 14:30 12:30 - 21:00 Any additional hours completed on either shift pattern are paid at a premium rate of £20.77 Monday- Saturday and £27.82 Sunday Key Requirements: Must hold valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) Own transport is an advantage due to site location & start times Willingness to undergo a DBS Check These roles have immediate starts available and are ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.
