We have a position for a Quality Engineer for a temporary ongoing position in Dewsbury. The successful candidate will lead and enhance quality processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality strategies to meet business and customer requirements. Lead and manage quality assurance and control activities across production and operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Oversee internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices. Analyse quality data and produce reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a quality engineer role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Understanding of quality systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
