Elite Personnel are working on behalf of an established professional services firm to recruit an experienced Client Accounts Manager.
This is a senior role offering the opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery and quality of accounts and tax work across a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax compliance work across the client portfolio.
Provide guidance on technical queries and act as the senior point of contact for complex matters.
Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards prior to final sign-off.
Maintain clear documentation and review notes to support compliance and quality assurance.
Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the accounts and tax team.
Allocate work effectively to balance workloads and meet key deadlines.
Support ongoing development of team members through constructive feedback and coaching.
Promote a professional, organised, and accountable team culture.
Liaise with clients to obtain required financial information and respond to general queries.
Monitor progress of assignments and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Assist with improving internal processes, templates, and operational efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualification
* A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax compliance
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and detail-focused approach
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibility
