Are you an organised and customer-focused Administrator looking for a new challenge? Were recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a well-established accreditation body that has been operating for over 30 years and currently employs over 40 staff. Based near Knutsford, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team. The role is office based five days a week, with the option for some flexibility or hybrid working. Salary is £24,000 plus a generous benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.
2. Process applications and registrations with strong attention to detail.
3. Liaise with training providers and internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records.
5. Carry out quality checks on customer documentation and issued materials.
What Experience is Required
6. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Salary & Benefits
9. Salary: £24,000 per annum.
