Specialising in high-end refurbishments and fit-outs of residential and commercial buildings, they are seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team and aid in the successful delivery of these projects with values up to £20M. You will be working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor and office team of circa 15 heads in Central London and will be involved in projects in prime areas of London including Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington & Chelsea. Our client is a huge advocate for internal growth and promotions and can demonstrate many examples of employees working their way up to a senior level in the business. The role of the Quantity Surveyor: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Tendering and estimating. Procurement of key packages. Fully understanding detail and specialist requirements.
