A salaryupto £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
Negotiating the sales ofnew luxury homes to prospective buyers, both on and off plan.
Providing clients with detailed information about the site, properties and any further knowledge about the local area and wider market.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential/prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and ensuring both a smooth transition and exceptional journey.
Supporting the Team Leader and helping the team deliver exceptional results and best possible returns.
The aboved list is a guideline and not limited to, additional responsibilities will be discussed if deemed necessaryfor the role.
This role would be ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Sales Consultant, Sales Advisor, Sales Executive or a Senior Sales person within the New Homes sector.
