Prime Objectives of the position:
To be able to demonstrate competently the Mechanical, Electrical, Control &
Instrumentation of assembly, design & development of the We Seal machinery
products to a high level, whilst working to all Health, Safety, Environmental and
Quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assembly of We Seal machines to the correct specification, including the
following:
o The assembly of sub-assemblies
o Fitting sub-assemblies to the machine
o The building of the electrical panel
o Wiring the machine
o Loading the software onto the PLC and HMI's
o Creation of other ancillary electrical components
o Fitting and testing of pneumatic components
o Setting and testing the machine
o Building sub-assemblies for dispatch to customers
o The upgrade and refurbishment of machines
• Challenge existing processes and strive to improve standards and maximise
performance.
• Cooperate and share knowledge with the Team members and Line Manager to
help build and improve systems and existing processes, including the
developing and updating of procedures.
• Report any H&S observation and quality matters directly to the Machinery
Manager and/or HSEQ Lead.
