As Senior Operative, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment in line with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Standard Operating Procedures
* Leading and developing your team through coaching, performance conversations, and development plans
* Promoting a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
* Managing labour and materials to meet production schedules and budget requirements
* Deputising for the Shift Manager and contributing to site-wide improvement projects
As Senior Operative, your experience will include:
* Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment
* Strong people management and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental, and hygiene standards
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across departments
* Basic hygiene qualification (desirable) and computer literacy
