LDS Manager ROLE DESCRIPTION Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented leader with a passion for data accuracy and educational excellence? Are you our next Learner Data Service (LDS) Manager keen to provide and excellent service to learners and staff? We encourage applications from candidates with strong leadership and management skills, with experience in further education or school setting, though all backgrounds are welcome. As a vital member of the wider NCG LDS leadership team, you will play a key role in providing effective leadership and guidance to the LDS/Exams team. This includes working closely with college staff to ensure a well-developed and customer focussed service is provided to learners and staff. This is a highly data focussed role and will require skills and experience in dealing with large and sometimes complex volumes of data ensuring it is complete, robust and audit ready. Your responsibilities will also encompass exams-related management ensuring the delivery of a high-class service to learners and staff, to maximise learner potential and opportunity. Familiarity with external exam regulations such as JCQ will be expected.
