Verona Bridal is seeking a Marketing Manager to take the lead on the company’s marketing activities with a strong focus on digital marketing channels, events and ecommerce.
Salary
Salary - £30,000 + depending on experience.

Key Duties
Development and implementation of a Marketing Plan with a strong focus on digital marketing channels and impactful content creation.
E-Commerce management to include the updating and management of our e-commerce site.
Development of organic social media content to build brand awareness, encourage engagement and convert followers into customers.
Development of social media advertising with a specific focus on driving conversion campaigns through the e-commerce website, to generate a consistent revenue stream.
Development and management of SEO and PPC strategies, analyzing results and updating owner weekly.
Management of email marketing activities.
Work closely with the Sales team to develop and roll out a sales calendar with regular events.
Event planning, management, and promotion.
Research new marketing channels and keep updated on trends to boost sales.
Skills Required
At least 3 years experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion/bridal.
Experience in managing digital marketing channels for a retail brand
Experience managing social media for a retail brand
Knowledge of managing Google Ads campaigns & SEO
Good level of competence in Google Analytics and digital reporting
High analytical and commercial sense to help grow sales across digital platforms
Knowledge and experience using Facebook Ads Manager to create targeted campaigns, identify audiences & implement conversion campaigns
Experience in managing a website & Ecommerce System
Personal Attributes
Passion for fashion with a genuine interest in bridal fashion.
Ability to prioritize work and work independently as well as with the wider team and third-party suppliers,
Excellent organisational skills and time management.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Computer skills: excel, word, PowerPoint, Canvas, Graphic design.
Willing and able to create video content, particularly for social media stories with the ideal candidate presenting and speaking on stories
