Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a highly regarded regional law firm that continues to expand its specialist property teams. With Residential Property being one of the firm’s strongest and fastest-growing departments, they are now seeking an experienced fee-earner to join the Ipswich office.
The Opportunity
A fantastic position has arisen for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ–5 PQE) to join a well-established Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a varied caseload of residential freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages (registered, unregistered, and new builds).
