We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Door Person to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As a Door Person you will:
18. Be an ambassador for the hotel, providing a warm welcome to all guests
19. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
20. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
21. Make recommendations to each guest so their experience in the hotel is unique and memorable.
22. Deliver a 5-star luxury service personalised to each and every guest.
Our most successful Door Person is someone who:
23. Has a valid SIA license (door supervisor)
24. Understands the impact of their job on the overall guest experience
25. A team player
26. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
27. Loves interacting with people
