Responsibilities
* Provide and monitor nursing care for a designated group of patients throughout their care journey.
* Support the Ward Leader/Deputy Ward Leader with day-to-day care delivery on the ward, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the highest standards.
* Contribute to creating an effective learning environment and promote a team nursing philosophy of care.
* Be flexible with working hours and attend mandatory education updates; take responsibility for self-directed learning.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered Nurse with current registration (UK/NHS equivalent). Suitable for overseas applicants with valid professional registration.
* Ability to work part-time or full-time; willingness to participate in ongoing education and development.
* Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and working within a clinical leadership framework.
