Are you a passionate and experienced educator ready to lead inclusion across a thriving federation? We are seeking a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join our friendly and ambitious team in a part-time (4 days/week), permanent leadership role starting 1st January 2026.

* Be a qualified teacher with experience supporting pupils with SEND, including those with social and emotional needs
* Have a proven track record of successful leadership at senior or middle level
* Demonstrate expertise in leading staff to deliver effective provision for vulnerable pupils
* Show resilience, ambition, and a rigorous approach to professional standards
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding including understanding the Keeping Children Safe in Education statutory guidance
* Be interested in taking on the role of DDSL
* Possess strong interpersonal skills to inspire and lead others
* Share and promote our Skylark vision for inclusive education
