We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency on a 15-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to extend beyond the end of the term. This is a key client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a solid grasp of digital marketing channels.
The role can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and new enquiries
* Maintain daily communication with multiple clients across different industries
* Lead and facilitate check-in calls with clients
* Maintain and update call logs, client documentation, and project management tools
* Coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing activities for a portfolio of clients
* Deliver clear, actionable monthly reports on marketing performance
* Plan and manage sales and promotions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date marketing calendars for clients
* Support with Google Ads and Meta Ads implementation and reporting
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client campaigns

* Strong organisational and project management skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident managing client relationships and expectations
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and the typical structure of agency-client relationships
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
