What You’ll Do:
* Develop & deliver sales strategy – create and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives.

* Lead & inspire – manage and motivate high-performing sales and estimating teams, driving accountability and success.
* Forecast & analyse – monitor performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
