An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker to work as part of the school's site team.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy and co-operative individual to join the support staff team. A person who is able to communicate well with staff, contractors, pupils and the wider community.
The successful candidate may be required to act as key holder for the school and be in a position to respond promptly in the event of an alarm activation. The duties and responsibilities are difficult to define in detail and may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or level of responsibilities entailed. The post holder is therefore expected to undertake such other reasonable duties as may be requested.
Working Hours will be: Monday – Friday 10am-2pm (20 hours)
39 weeks (including INSET days)

If you are invited to interview, you will be asked to provide appropriate documents such as your full birth certificate/passport/work permit in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all applicants. This will include an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
