* Fri: 07:00 - 13:00
Pay & Benefits
* £13.00 per hour base rate
* + £1.00 p/h Attendance Bonus (awarded for completing 40 hours per week)
* + £1.00 p/h Production Bonus (based on meeting daily productivity targets)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a specialist engineering team. The role involves producing bespoke, non-standard tarmac containers, offering variety beyond standard haulage container fabrication.
Key Responsibilities of a Mig Welder
* MIG welding and fabrication of tarmac containers
* Assembling and fitting components following drawings and instructions
* Working to daily production targets
* Maintaining high-quality workmanship
* Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times
