Description We are looking for a Private Credit Analyst to support our growing investment platform focused on digital assets and tokenized credit opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background in credit or structured finance, a solid understanding of private debt instruments, and genuine interest or experience in the crypto and digital assets ecosystem. Responsibilities Support Portfolio Managers in the due diligence and underwriting of private credit opportunities Conduct fundamental credit analysis on borrowers and counterparties, including tokenized and traditional structures Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and capital structure evaluations Assist with portfolio monitoring, performance attribution, and investor reporting Track market developments in private credit and blockchain-enabled financial markets Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, technology) on deal structuring and execution Required Skills & Experience 2–7 years of experience in private credit, structured finance, leveraged finance, or similar roles Exposure to or strong interest in crypto, DeFi, or tokenized real-world assets Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel required, Python or SQL a plus) Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other European languages is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience working with tokenized instruments or blockchain-based lending protocols Familiarity with private markets platforms or credit fund operations Working at XBTO The dynamic team at XBTO is made up of some of the best talents in digital assets, traditional finance and technology.
