About the Role
You’ll support pupils aged 3-19 with complex and profound learning difficulties, delivering a highly personalised curriculum tailored to individual needs. Working in small, supportive groups, you’ll create a safe, engaging environment where pupils can grow in confidence, independence, and life skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to each pupil’s unique needs and abilities
* Adapt teaching approaches for pupils with ADHD, Autism, PMLD, and complex needs
* Work collaboratively with a skilled, multidisciplinary team
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
* Celebrate progress and achievement—no matter how small
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working in SEND settings
* Strong differentiation skills for complex learning needs
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* A genuine passion for supporting pupil development and independence
