Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Milton Keynes (office-based with site visits) Sector: Building & Joinery – Residential & Education Company Type: Established family-owned contractor About the Company We are a well-established, family-run construction company based in Milton Keynes, specialising in building and high-quality joinery projects. Our work spans residential developments and education projects (schools), with a strong reputation for craftsmanship, long-term client relationships, and a supportive, down-to-earth working culture. The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility across multiple projects from pre-contract through to final account. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery while working closely with directors, site teams, and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS who enjoys autonomy and wants to be part of a close-knit, growing business.
